Get what you want today, pay it in four instalments always interest free payable every 2 weeks. Late fees and additional eligibility criteria apply. The first payment may be due at the time of purchase.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

A: We offer a 30 day exchange period, if your item is returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please make sure your item is free from:

- Make up, fake tan and animal hair

- Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing powder

Please be careful when trying on our garments! We offer free returns for all Australian customers. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for international customers but will happily ship the new size to you free of charge. If you need to exchange your size, please contact us.


HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SIZE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK?

A: You can do this with the Pre Order feature. Please note the different terms for this. If we are completely unable to fulfill the size you need, we can offer you a refund less the cost of shipping.


PRE ORDER:

A: If you have placed an order through our PRE ORDER function, shipping times will be different to our regular purchase system. There may be a 30-60 day waiting period for all Pre Order purchases. This will depend solely on our manufacturers and whether there is a delay in post, due to Australia Post services. Regular updates will be provided via email and/or text. Refund and Exchange policies still apply once your purchase has been received. Please contatct us if you have further enquiries.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE/COLOUR?

A: If you have received an incorrect item, size and/or colour, we will require you to send through a photo of the item to us - and then we will be able to proceed with further information on what to do next. When returning an incorrect item please ensure that the garment gets back to us in an original unworn condition with tags attached.


WHAT FABRICS ARE EACH OF THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?

A: Fabrics used in manufacturing are listed in the product descriptions on our website.


I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BY ACCIDENT, AM I ABLE TO CHANGE IT BEFORE YOU SHIP IT OUT?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you anyway we can, as long as you contact us before the product is shipped.


WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

A: The best way to find out about any CAARDEO Active updates including restock dates, is to join our mailing list. Our members are the first to know and you can sign up easily by scrolling to the bottom of any page on our website.


I PURCHASED MY ORDER ON CLEARANCE, CAN I RETURN IT?

A: No. All items purchased on clearance are ineligible for returns. This does not include Sale items.


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE!

A: Unfortunately we do not add or change the discount code on an order once placed. Save your code for next time :)


ARE CAARDEO ACTIVE PRODUCTS MADE ETHICALLY?

A: At CAARDEO Active we are constantly sourcing garments and choosing to work with manufacturers that we feel are most ethical. Each factory and country have different certifications and Audit requirements to adhere to, depending on the speciality services of the actual factory.
